TEXCEL MONITORING SOLUTIONS

Audited in-house quality systems, and demanding key performance indicators ensure Texcel's vibration and blast monitors are of the highest quality and guaranteed to suit your practical requirements.

Regulatory authorities expect field instruments to be calibrated every 12 months to ensure consistent and accurate measurements. Texcel Monitoring Solutions offers a comprehensive factory service:

  • Calibration of triaxial geophone sensor
  • Calibration of overpressure microphone*
  • Calibration of monitor electronics
  • Upgrades to the latest version ROM firmware and EasyLink system software
  • Complete mechanical integrity check
  • Internal batteries replaced (if required)
  • A renewed twelve months warranty on the monitor (excluding microphone)
  • Access to Technical Support for twelve months

(*Microphones failing calibration may require replacement and incur additional costs.)

Texcel now have dedicated Calibration and Easylink upgrade weeks. Our intention is to facilitate a faster turnaround by having all technical staff work on calibrations for the week. Please ensure all necessary components and documentation (order, scope of work, shipping instructions) are supplied.

You will be contacted and asked when you would like to book your TEXCEL monitor in for calibration. Calibrations and upgrades will be conducted on a first in / first out basis.
